How Zuqruf Inc. collects, uses and protects personal information. Draft for review by counsel before launch.
What we collect
When you send a brief through this site we receive the name, company, email address, budget range and message you type. We do not run advertising trackers. If analytics are enabled on this site they are configured without cookies and without collecting IP addresses.
Why we collect it
To reply to your enquiry and, if we work together, to prepare a proposal. We do not add you to a mailing list and we do not sell or share your information with anyone outside the people who need it to reply.
Where it is stored
Briefs are delivered to our studio mailbox and, where configured, to a private channel in our project tool. Both are hosted by providers with data centres in Canada or the United States and protected by access controls and two-factor authentication.
Your rights
Under the Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA) you can ask what personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Write to hello@zuqruf.ca and we respond within thirty days.
Client data
Personal information inside a client's product is governed by that client's privacy policy and by the data-processing terms in our agreement with them. We act as a service provider and follow the client's instructions.
